15 April 2005
the day that i will NEVER forget. why? my band mates will surely remember. 15 April 2005 was the day when our SYF was held, at Victoria Concert Hall. we got ourselves a silver. yeah.. i know that you may say "HAH! SILVER!! chey.. no big deal..". but it is deifinitey an achievement for us. we only got a COP during 2003 SYF and EVERYONE was disappointed. so, we jumped to silver, was something that we can celebrate.
i know that today is not 15 April, but i want to pay a tribute to those agonizing months of practices. the 'torture' and 'suffering' was something that we dont want to remember, but the struggle brought us into achieving our goal. yes, struggle. and now, i'm glad to say that i am proud of my band members. especially my section. i miss you guys.

cynthia had her moment, so as sharon and gillian, with scores 178, 179 and 179 respectively. i believe i had mine just now, but not as high as theirs. just managed to score 170. frankly speaking, i really dont mind at all being the benchwarmer! :)

hooray! todays' accomplishment: managed to complete 3 damn essays after school. well almost. hate staying back in school till late night. but i have to persevere. i shouldnt be blogging right now anyway. GP essay waiting for me.. BORING!!!

title:{DEPRESSED}
wow. i have never felt so depressed in my life till today. today was the most horrendous/terrible/disastrous/whatever horrible word that exists in the dictionary day in my life!!!! maybe i should consider changing my blog to lifefullofmisery instead.
looking at the J1s now made me reminisce about MY J1 life. yeah.. those were the days. those wee the days where we can sit or walk around chatting merrily, not even having the slightest idea of how difficult life as a JC student is. we did felt the pressure when it comes to PW but it was nothing compared to what we all are facing this year. the A Levels is really a challenge. sometimes it even hits me that i am NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE! poly life is much suitable for me! my language sucks! i dont even deserve to be called a JC student! look at how bad my performance in school is right now! lifefullofmisery
why am i saying all this? well, thanks to the release of the common test results. hah! it was fantastic i tell you! bleargh.. i kinda broke my own record. in a bad way. i dont know how i am going to face my peers who are practically casing after A+Bs. and i cant even get an E. what the heck! i may be showing a calm face in school but i am screaming my heart out from the inside. i never felt so STUPID like this before. i mean, i was one of the weakest student in my sec 3 and 4 years but i never felt as bad as what i am feeling right now. giving up. tempting, isn't it?

but NO. i am NOT GONNA GIVE UP. i know that i deserve those horrendous marks. i know that i didnt start early. i know that i am not up to standard yet. that is why, i am totally awake now. that was my so called 'alarm'. my wake up call. these tests somehow motivated me to do better for the upcoming mid years. i WANT to study. i WANT to go uni. gillian, zarifah, i need your girls help as well. lets go to the uni together okay girls? :) lifefullofmisery

wanted to blog yesterday but cant go in blogger. dont ask me why. anyway, i eventually did went out studying, but with diyanah only. rizal had some stuff to deal with at home (i told diy that he was like some pakcik, busy with domestic problems) so he couldnt make it. we end up studying at tampines library, accompanied by alot of weirdos. there was this girl talking loudly on her handphone like as if the person she was talking to was deaf. so irritating. then there was also this guy who was reading a newspaper. decent, but it got pretty annoying when he flipped the pages.

had bowling today. was debating whether to go or not but since i wont be able to attend fridays' training, i decided to go. dont know why but todays' training was one of the worst ones so far for me. i think two weeks break from bowling is too long. sighs..
oh gosh i really want to go for the class outing TOMORROW!!!! but due to some unavoidable circumstances, i am unable to join my loves for the outing. had quarrels with my mum this past few days. so yeah, i should be listening to her if i want to be a filial daughter. going to malacca tomorrow to celebrate my birthday and my parents' 26th anni. i love you mum. wont be back till saturday night, i presume. hello traffic jam!!!

what i was trying to say was that i was little pissed cz i did not attempt the question about trade for the econs test, the topic which i spend so much time on. and i attempted the question on economic growth instead, the topic which i only managed to glance through it. stupid me huh.. hmm..
also, there's this karaoke sing-along session at the RC at my void deck, like, now, 8.32pm. there had always been karaoke sessions but i dont know why today's one got onto my nerves.. this is the problem if you live on the second floor you see.. have to endure all this nonsense. besides, those who sang arent any professional singers. they are just some ahmas and ahkongs.. i'm not kidding!!! but it never tick me off before until just now.. dont know why i was so angry also.
maybe its because of the computer. there's some problem with blogger. even until now. sighs. im sooo sorry computer. i love you so much to hate you! does that make sense?
on top of that, there's maths common test tomorrow. and yes, i am not prepared at all. have not even studied. zilch. maths is not my specialty. i dont hate it. i just dont have interest in it. and thats why im dreading so much. sighs. oh god help me..
anyway, thinking of changing my blog song soon. im thinking of Utada Hikaru's song. or maybe a Filipino song? (i love the songs by Jericho Rosales and Khristine Hermosa) and my blog needs new clothes as well. i will do a makeover if blogger dont create problems like what it did tonight...
