title:{PRE-TEACHERS' DAY}
the past few days had been awesome. :)
on thursday, me and zarifah were late for the literature seminar conducted by a guy from NUS. we were about half and hour late. not too bad i guess. but we missed quite abit on King Lear and our non-stop chatting didnt help either. so for me the Othello lecture was much better considering that i managed to right 2 full pages of notes! yay me! haha.. anyway, about half the class went to PS after that for dinner and to buy gifts for the teachers. i think the socks thingy is very cute and creative! and i think our dinner at KFC was funny.. :D

and there was yesterday; Teachers' Day!! thought of meeting diyanah, rizal and shaikh after the concert but they weren't free, so i decided to stay and have a fruitful study session with gil and zarifah after which we can run in school in the evening. but, it turned out that we had other plans instead. what exactly happened yesterday.......
the concert wasn't as bad as i expected. the finalist which won The Competition really deserved to win. they performed very well and the girl who sang had a very nice voice. had funny moments as well..
emcee: the teachers are going to recieve a heart shaped cactus bla bla bla..
after about fifteen minutes when the last group of teachers (science teachers) were going up on stage
lisa: oh! its cactus.. i thought it was crackers..

i kept on listening trying to decipher what they chanting
sarah: oh, its amin! hahaha!! omg lisa, i thought they were chanting 'ah meng'!!
lisa and zarifah: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
yeah.. it was funny. so then the 11 of us (me, lisa, maryam, zarifah, gillian, evan, nisha, kai xiang, tong pin, jiayi and jacq) decided to go out and eat lunch. went to compass for lunch and then we head to PS to watch a movie. too bad lisa, evan and gil couldn't make it. watched the Thai produced horror film, 4bia (phobia). there were scary parts but zarifah and jacq kept on laughing and claimed that the story wasn't scary at all! in fact, they said it was funny.. haha! and then to make long story short, me, jacq, zarifah and tp end up sitting at tp's parents restaurant and watch anime from jacq's laptop. we left the place at around 10.50. i reached home at 11.45 and omg i was scolded by my mum cz i didnt pick up her 10,000 phone calls. i couldn't help it! my phone's battery was flat.. sorry mum!
it has been great. i love my class. yup! there goes our plan to study after the concert. well, i wish we had more outings like this, just like our J1 year.. oh gosh those were the days!
ooh, and my achievements: i managed to do 1100 skips on thursday night, and another 1100 just now! i am a happy girl!! my aim is to reach 2000 skips on one night by 20th september. :)

title:{ITS NOT OVER, THERE IS MORE TO COME}
prelims are finally over!!! then again, i feel like crap. my papers are so totally whatever and i wrote nonsense all the way (for history). so to mrs teng or mr yew, you won't have a hard time marking my papers. :)
its not over. there's more to come.
shucks! i must still hold on to my favourite quote: Always look on the bright side of life. yeah. right..
and i believe that we musketeers are wishing for the polyjuice potion to be real and feasible. if only........

title:{MUG!!}
today's study session was hilarious!! (despite not being able to find an empty table in the library and were forced to sudy in the SAC just for aircon). zarifah is definitely a happy girl today unlike me. but i am still glad that i came back to school today and YESTERDAY..
and yeah.. we did mug (its a pun!!)today.. :)
we decided to go eat prata for dinner. lesson learnt:-
for lisa: dont trust her with directions! it'll get you nowhere.. haha!
for tong pin: when you are with us and have no money, go withdraw cz we are we have no money ourselves.. whoops!
for sarah: walking all the way from the prata place to hougang by yourself at 10.40pm is not safe..
and i found out that apparently, people do recognise me as 'the girl with many/colourful hairclips'.. -_-"

title:{LITERALLY}
wow. it has been a while huh...
FEVER!! FEVER ALL MORNING, FEVER ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT..
-not a good song to sing, ever!-
its sucks having a fever (literally) nearing the prelims. 39 d.. oh god help me!
thanksgiving last night was awesome! some were better than last year, but i have to admit that the literature teachers did put up a fantabulous video despite being in london. mr tsui is super humorous!! haha.. if only it was posted on youtube, i'll watch it over and over and over and over (you get the point) again. the school raised ard $156,000, compared to last year's $106,000.
many things to update, but ive got to rest. HAPPY 43rd NATIONAL DAY to all!
